Now in latest development an American 'armchair astronomer' claims he has discovered a strange structure on the surface of Mars while browsing Google.David Martines was scanning Google Mars when he discovered the long white edifice and has even listed the coordinates (71 49'19.73"N 29 33'06.53"W) so others can see it for themselves.Mr Martines posted a video of the 'station' on YouTube which has been viewed more than 200,000 times.On the video, he talks through the discovery he has named "Bio-Station Alpha". "It's very unusual in that it's quite large, it's over 700 feet (210m) long and 150 feet (45m) wide. It looks like it's a cylinder or made up of cylinders," he says."It could be a power station or it could be a biological containment or it could be a glorified garage — hope it's not a weapon."I don't know if NASA even knows about this."NASA and Google have yet to respond to media inquiries. Source: 9MSN Australia Investigating strange structures on cosmic bodies has become quite a global phenomenon in amateur astronomy circles. Structures that seem to be man-made or alien in design are being found and blogged by theorists and shown in video found on Youtube.There is no doubt that these structure are there on the surfaces of the Moon and Mars, but what are they?
Some theorists suggest that NASA are not telling the people of Planet Earth everything they know and what NASA are doing technologically. However you look at the images of the structures something is not as it seems.
There could be a simple explanation in that the images are just anomalies of a camera lens or telescope, or they could actually be alien or man-made structures designed for whatever purpose.
If you have an open-mind then you will begin to find things and see things in your own investigations should you chose to participate in looking for structures on other planets and moons in our solar system. You cando this if you have access to a large telescope or by using Google Earth (Mars and Moon) as the easier option.
The photograph above is an actual landscape shot from our celestial neighbor Mars. An apparent runway has been spotted by one of our reporters who whilst surveying images of the Red Planet found this particular series of strange un-naturally straight lines on the martian surface.It does look similar to a runway here on Planet Earth, and also has some characteristics shared with the lines at Nazca in Peru.
