The pictures were within eye sight of Cabo San Lucas harbor Friday, May 18, 2012, 18:49 pm, (believed MST - times were not changed from PDT on arrival in Baja). There were approximately 25 people in our businss group, I am not aware of anyone that viewed the sighting directly. I was the only one taking photos at this time of our outing, and took roughly 125 pictures during the entire trip. While returning to port, I took a number of shots at sunset as we passed "Lands End". Those with date in lower corner are from a HTC cell phone, the last was taken with a Canon SLR. The photos show glowing, disc/cigar shaped object/s to the left of our vessel. There are grey spots in cell phone shots; those are birds going to roost in the rocks. Picture 5 from SLR shows 2 glowig objects, and one looks to be right in front of the rock formation. This makes it hard to determine how far away the object is in the "dated" photos. Had I been looking up, instead of the rocks and the ocean views, I most definately would have made sure to get more details and pictures. I welcome reviews, and psibly be advised what I captured.

Witness Unable to Understand Lost Missing Time
A South Carolina witness is unable to explain more than two hours of missing time that occurred during the early morning hours of January 13, 2013, according to testimony from the Mutual UFO Network (MUFON) witness reporting database.
With some minor editing - here is story in the witnesses own words from MUFON Case 45187.
"This is not a UFO sighting, but so strange this was the only place I could think to put it," the witness stated. "Early this morning something so strange happened that I can't seem to shake this uneasy feeling.
"Last night I fell asleep on the couch. My wife asked me if I wanted to get up and go to the bed. I said how about just a blanket and leave me sleeping here. Sometime if I get up from where I am sleeping I cannot go back to sleep so it's better to stay where I am.
"I woke up on the couch. It was dark outside and I needed to get up and use the bathroom. My daughter's bathroom is not six feet from the couch down the hallway. I got up and on my way there glanced over to look at what time it was on the oven clock. It was 2:15.
"Usually when I get up at this time of night it's because something or every once in awhile my 6-year-old daughter wakes me up jumping into our bed because of a bad dream which always makes me get up and go to another room. So I go in and use the bathroom which takes only a couple minutes. I walk from there to the kitchen and grab a Mountain Dew from the fridge. I notice my neck is killing me which is like what I call a CRICK and it hurts like hell. So I go to the couch set the dew on the floor in front of the couch and rub my neck for a moment.
"I reach down and grab the Mountain Dew. I pick it up and take a drink and think, this is warm, what the heck. I figure something must be wrong with the fridge, but thinking it was cold walking over. I noticed I had to use the bathroom and was, like what the hell, I just went to the bathroom a minute ago. Then I notice that my neck is suddenly feeling alot better, still hurting but not nearly as bad as it was.
"I keep my laptop on the coffee table and reach over hit the mouse and the computer comes out of sleep mode. This is when I freak. The clock say 4:23 a.m.
"I look over at the oven clock and it says 4:24 a.m.
"All of this happening in less then six minutes at the most. I got a creepy feeling and started to get very upset and a little scared. I look out the doors which is next to the couch and out across the backyard. I look and see the motion lights down by the barn some 400 yards away are on.
"Rarely do we ever see these lights come on and have to be triggered by moment of something. Things get worse for me mentally when I glance down and the door is unlocked and not all the way closed.
"I cannot explain the way I felt at that moment but I ran to my daughter's bedroom and she was not there and turned and ran to ours and hit the light. Both my wife and daughter were in the bed asleep.
"I came back out to the family room where I was sitting and walked over and pushed the door shut and locked it. I looked out towards the barn and the light was still on. I couldn't see anything except the heavy fog. I had a weird feeling. I am not sure if I thought something was at the barn or more that I was so freaked out about what just happened. I sat back down on the couch and spent the next five hours thinking about how that could have possibly happened.
"I still don't know how. Maybe a case of Hypnagogia, but I don't think so. I never closed my eyes. Whatever happened to those approximate two hours I have no idea. It was totally seamless. I still am baffled how it could have happened. It was two something one second and four something the next second just like that. I have no history of sleep walking, or any other sleeping disorder. I was not asleep. I was very much awake. I am trying to figure out how to record from my webcam to my laptop as I will sleep on the couch again tonight to see if anything happens again or to see if I might sleep walk or something.
"If I do it will be the first time ever. Usually my body is in so much pain when I get up it's impossible for me to go back to sleep. I have severe back problems. I have to list this as something and abduction is the only thing I can really put there but I want to make it clear that in no way am I claiming to have been abducted by anyone.
"One point I forgot to point out is I had both my Schipperkes sleeping on the back of the couch with me. So if anyone was going to grab me the dogs would have had them for breakfast. Wife said in the morning that when she went to bed all doors were locked up tight."

Pennsylvania Witness Reports Large Triangle UFO
A Pennsylvania witness at Lehighton reported watching "a very large triangle" with three bright, white lights about 30 feet above the trees pass overhead, according to January 17, 2013, testimony from the Mutual UFO Network (MUFON) witness reporting database.
The witness was outside burning trash about 6:30 p.m. on January 9, 2013, when the object was first seen.
"As I turned to go back inside a very large triangle appeared from behind my home and passed directly over my head," the witness stated. "There were three extremely bright, white lights at each corner which strobed simultaneously and lit up the tree tops. The vehicle was no more than 30 feet above the trees (roughly 100 feet above my head) and made no sound at all."
The object was slow moving.
"I watched as it slowly drifted in a southerly direction for roughly two minutes as it could clearly be seen due to the extreme brightness of the lights. It seemed to stay just above the trees as it drifted away. It did not move quickly or make any sudden movements. I lost sight of it due to there being too many trees in my view."

Triangle UFO over California coast According to Military Witness
A California witness at Oceanside reported watching a triangle-shaped object heading south and parallel with the Coast Highway at an altitude of 200 feet, according to recent testimony from the Mutual UFO Network (MUFON) witness reporting database.
The witness was outside on a balcony about 10:50 p.m. on January 12, 2013, when the object was first observed lit by the street lights of Coast Highway.
"It was three red lights in an equilateral triangle and none were lit," the witness stated. "They were heading south, parallel with Coast Highway at around a 200-foot altitude. I'd estimate the lights at 50 feet apart. I watched for close to 20 seconds before it was out of range. Estimated speed was 80 to 100 mph."
The witness has a military background and could not identify the object.
"Having spent five years as a Merchant Seaman I've seen many strange things in the sky - meteors, satellites, military and civilian aircraft, but these three unlit, red lights were the strangest thing I've ever seen in the sky. I was not drinking (sober 18 years) and am not prone to hallucinations."

UFO expanded to reveal 'silver plated top': Queens witness
A New York witness in the Woodside neighborhood in the borough of Queens reported watching a bright light that expanded to reveal an "opaque, silver plated top and a reddish-orange bottom" with winged tips and pulsating lights about 6:30 a.m. on December 26, 2012, according to testimony from the Mutual UFO Network (MUFON) witness reporting database.
The witness was lying in bed at the time the pulsating light was first noticed.
"I looked out the window while lying in bed to observed a pulsating light outside," the witness stated. "There was a small star and adjacent to the star was this extremely bright light. When I approached to take a closer look the light would expand and contract."
The witness described the object.
"All of a sudden the object came into focus and it was large with an opaque, silver plated top and a reddish-orange bottom. It had a winged tip with pulsating lights. It pretty much glowed all over and it seemed to be radiating this glow from the inside out."
The object disappeared and then reappeared one more time.
"It hovered over the rooftop of some buildings across the street from me."
The witness thought about getting a cell phone to capture images, but was afraid to look away thinking that the object would disappear.
"Slowly it started moving without any sound! It made a sharp left and slowly started elevating until it went around the corner and out of sight. This object was very long and it had a strip of distinctive lights in the center. The bottom was pulsating and glowing in a red color."

Woodside is a neighborhood in the western portion of the New York City borough of Queens. It is bordered on the south by Maspeth, on the north by Astoria, on the west by Sunnyside and on the east by Elmhurst and Jackson Heights. Some areas are widely residential and very quiet, while others (especially closer to Roosevelt Avenue) are more urban. The neighborhood is located in Queens Community Board 1 and Queens Community Board 2.

December 26, 2012, 6:30 a.m., Woodside, Queens, NY - At 6:30am observed pulsating light outside window. When I approached to take a closer look the light would expand and contract. At 6:30am I awoke and suddenly I looked out the window while lying in bed to observed a pulsating light outside. There was a small star and ajascent to the star was this extremely bright light. When I approached to take a closer look the light would expand and contract. I was in shock and was so curious super excited. I could have gone to get my cell phone to take a picture or even film it, but I was affraid I would lose it from sight.
