Over the past weeks ending in August threw early September I noticed many unknown flying objects in the same locations just outside the city limits of Charlotte North Carolina. As a pilot I can assure you that these aren't civilian craft or craft thought up by our mind as it is evolved to this point in our history. I believe the incidents to be a string of UFO related events. This last event included various military helicopter's following both the crafts and my car as I witnessed the events. I did bring camra's out for a few day's after my last sighting hoping to catch them on camra. After a few day's I assumed the sighting would end but obviously I made a mistake to assume that. Everytime I witness this I'm driving and one incident almost caused me to run off the road. Pretty amazing to witness!!! John (Pilot, Ex-military)

UFO Sighting in Salem, Oregon on May 15th 2012 - Rotating black ovoid cylinder seen, then disappeared behind tree and could not be found again
I work in disability services and at the time I was walking with a client to play basketball at a nearby middle school. The sky was overcast and the temperature was neither overly warm or cool. As we were walking, we came to an intersection and I was looking to make sure it was safe to cross the street. As my gaze returned to what was in front of me, I saw on object hovering in the air. I was immediately curious as to what it was, as it wasn't making any sounds that I could determine, or if it was, it was either too far away for me to hear, or was drowned out by other sounds. I looked at it for a moment, while the realization dawned on me that I had no idea what I was looking at. It appeared to be a dark grey or black cylindrical oval. At first the points of the oval were pointing vertically, but the object was rotating counter clockwise along the more narrow axis, and the points of the oval moved from vertical to horizontal to vertical multiple times. The object was slowly moving to the East (left from my perspective) and eventually disappeared behind a large fir tree. I walked around the tree in an attempt to continue watching the object, but I was unable to find it in the sky a second time. As I was watching it, I felt very calm, but also energetic (yet not in a restless way). Once I had lost track of it, for the rest of the day I could not stop thinking about it and trying to analyze what I had seen. The client I was with saw it as well, but did not seem interested by the object.

One of the best poster-size images of a 1990 UFO mysteriously disappeared from the wall of Britain's Ministry of Defense somewhere between 1991 to 1994, along with other UFO originals and negatives. According to Huffington Post, "The photo was one of six taken by a pair of hikers who spotted a strange diamond-shaped object in the sky over Pitlochry, Scotland, on Aug. 4, 1990. Whether the British government deleted the current missing UFO files is debatable, based on the country's history of claiming "missing files." In 1977, Prime Minister of Grenada Sir Eric Gairy planned on calling for the United Nations to set up a unit to investigate Britain's missing UFO files. What sets this case apart are numerous eyewitness accounts, high-level interest from government officials, and the abrupt disappearance of the UFO photos and negatives. According to the latest data, "governments around the world have been in regular contact with aliens for many decades. 'Aliens have made both formal and informal contact with thousands of people throughout the world from all walks of life." UFOs over Missouri again - 10/8/11

Saint Louis last night (OCT 8, 2011) around 8PM. There were about 10-12 craft flying together over Highway 44 at the intersection of 270. They moved at random speeds formed straight lines and triangles as if interacting with one another. In the video we were driving so its a little shaky, but you can clearly make out about 8 craft. The video shows that they were low enough to drive under as they pass straight above us about 600 feet above. I have enhanced the brightness and contrast of the video, if you wish to see the original ask, but i am going to video respond with the enhanced one because you can make out more craft.

Me and my girlfriend were about 28 miles out of St. Louis on our way downtown. A couple miles after we got on I44 East we noticed some strange lights in the sky and at first I thought they were helicopters until we got closer and I told my GF to grab her phone and start filming. we noticed that there were about 10 to 12 craft hovering near the intersection of I44 and I270, around Fenton/Sunset Hills MO. They were coming straight up over the trees/horizon line from the south then started moving north north/west. There were three lights in the front, they were a white/yellow/red color, they formed a triangle and seemed to pause in the sky. another light from behind moved faster and caught up to the triangle and seemed to merge with the light at the top of the triangle. These lights then took off north and I focused on the rest that were still there. The next three to follow were in a straight line yet the closer we got to being directly below them they were in a slight triangle. The three behind that also changed orientation from a straight line to triangle like patterns, the only light that changed orientation was the center one and the two on the outside stayed parallel to the horizon as they slowly moved north north/west. After I noticed these I focused on some that seemed to be coming up over a hill close by and following a similar path. I then drove directly below them and was observing them in my mirrors. My GF turned around in her seat to continue watching as they took off into the sky at a slight angle. We were able to capture some of the phenomenon on film yet it was shaky. During this sighting we were cussing trying to figure out what these lights possibly could be. This gave us the chills and was a lot to take in.

UFO Seen in Rotorua, New Zealand Again
There has been a series of orb UFO sightings in Rotorua on New Zealand’s North Island this year with several videos posted on YouTube.
The most recent sighting was around 9:30 p.m. on June 2 when a man saw a strange light above his farm. Upon driving closer to take a look, he saw “a big ball of energy pulsing colors of yellow, pinky purple” and the object changed from flat to round, he wrote in the YouTube video description.
Brian Hurren, Vice-President of Rotorua Astronomical Society told local newspaper The Daily Post that the video was interesting but that “there is usually a reasonable explanation for everything.”
"It just looked like an out-of-focus star," he said, adding that it could also be a plasma ball, which is a ball of gas, although they are rare in New Zealand.

The incident led Rotorua local Andrea Colledge to contact The Daily Post with two videos of UFOs from earlier this year. Colledge said she had seen others, but had only filmed these two.
The sightings are too low to be a satellite. A Christchurch resident told the newspaper that one explanation for the UFO seen in June was the space shuttle Endeavour re-entering Earth’s atmosphere on its way to Florida.
"It came across the Indian Ocean and under Tasmania and then up to the left of New Zealand,” he said. "So what you saw was the end view of the shuttle with the re-entry flare.""The other thing often seen is weather balloons that grow in size as they get higher and they catch the moonlight and so appear as a object and then suddenly shoot off at [the] end as they deflate," the man added.
